After the Food Network aired a piece on MaryJane Butters of Moscow, orders to her business kept the phones ringing and her Web site busy for some time.

The cable television channel (not available in the Moscow-Pullman area except on some satellite systems), featured Butters'-prepared organic meals on its Aug. 15 show, "Food Finds."

The day after the show aired, Butters and her crew filled a UPS truck with orders, according to Bill London, who e-mailed to tell me of the overwhelming response to the program.

The show is scheduled to air again at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 14. Call someone who has the Food Network and ask them to tape it.
