Hello Ladies! One year someone organized a household goodie pass on box. I am wondering if anyone is interested in participating again.
Here's how it goes.... Everyone has a junk drawer or two or five of little trinkets and items that they don't "need" but just don't want to throw away. I will start the box (Flat rate priority) full of miscellenous household, personal, and some of my prized posseions (LOL). Then, the next person that receives it will go through it and take whatever and however many items she would like and replace them with a few items she just can't seem to find the right place for and so on, keeping it going down the mailing list.
Since we need a mailing list so we can keep track of our treasure chest, we can handle it one of two ways. 1) we can go in order of sign ups or 2) we can all have a list of addresses and choose who we would like to send it to. Personally I think option 1 will bt much easier. Either way this will be so much fun. It will be like a mini thrift store coming right to your hands.
Since nothing needs to be crafted or purchased we will set 2 weeks for sign ups (ending on June 15th)and mail the starter package out on Monday June 18th.
Keep in mind this will be a flat rate priority box and will ship for between $11-$15 plus delivery confirmation. So we will want to make it worth the shipping for the next farmgirl.
Soooooo who's ready to do some cleaning!!!

I would love to join in this this year! I wanted to last year but wasn't able to. I think option one would be easier to keep track of.
It sounds fun, I will start looking through my stuff.

YAY!!! Ok, Laniey and Darlene this is gonna be awesome! One thing I just thought about.... if I start this and the last person then sends it to me I am going to have to wait a LOOONG time to get my treasures  LOL.

That definitely is a hard part to this depending how many join in...It will be lots of fun or maybe Have your name in the middle of the list.

Rather than worry about the order and to make it fair to everyone why don't you put all the names in a hat and draw them out and make that the order that they are sent in, nobody could complain much about that being unfair. Just an idea!

Ok ladies, I will be sending the box out on Monday. I still need addresses from a few of you. Once I receive all of the addresses I will draw names and email you,individually, with the name and address of the person you will be sending it to next.
Please remember to get delivery confirmation when you send the package along so we don't lose our goodies. :)
